‘The Journal of Adjacencies’ — Fondata

The brief was to illustrate five lesser-known wine grape varieties for a journal feature by grape geneticist Dr. José Vouillamoz and wine writer Julia Harding MW, co-authors of Wine Grapes. Each piece was painted traditionally in watercolour, with input from specialist ampelographers to ensure botanical and scientific accuracy.
