This was a fast project commissioned by 1HQ Agency for a new brand called ‘Jack’s’ a discount supermarket, owned by Tesco. The brief was to illustrate a range of fruit and vegetables to be used on vintage style labels. It was great to see the end result and fantastic to see my traditionally painted illustrations on a simple packaging in place of what is often photography. I felt it important on this particular commission to render each piece with a slight stylisation to keep in tune with the fonts and design style created, almost remnant in my eyes of vintage seed packets.
